What we store

  • From your Google account: name, email address and profile photo. WaveZetryn requests no other access. Each time you sign in, we email a one-time sign-in code to that address; the code is stored only as a hash and expires after 10 minutes.
  • Profile details you enter: full name, date of birth, WhatsApp number, country, city, trading experience, exchanges you use, and optionally occupation, Telegram username and how you found us.
  • Your watchlist: section names and coin symbols, plus your coin notes, price alerts and chart drawings.
  • If you connect Telegram: your chat ID and Telegram username, used only to send the notifications you asked for. We run two bots — one for important alerts and one for high-volume feed notifications — and each link is stored separately.
  • If you enable device (push) notifications: the push subscription your browser issues and the language you were using, used only to deliver notifications. We keep up to 10 devices per account.
  • Notification inbox: a copy of the notifications we send you is kept so you can read them later. We keep them for up to 30 days, and at most 500 per account.
  • If you connect a supported exchange (currently Binance): your API key and secret, stored encrypted and accepted only if they are read-only (keys with trading, withdrawal or transfer permission are rejected). We use them only to read your balances (Spot, Funding, Earn and USDⓈ-M Futures positions) and your trade history, including Convert and card/fiat purchases, to show your portfolio and profit/loss. We keep the calculated average buy price per coin and an hourly record of your total portfolio value and PnL for the charts. The key cannot move or trade your funds. Disconnecting deletes the key and this data immediately; you can also delete the key on the exchange at any time.
  • If you connect Bybit or OKX: your API key and secret (and, for OKX, the API passphrase), stored encrypted and accepted only after the exchange itself confirms the key is read-only (Bybit "Read-Only", OKX "Read" permission only). We use them only to read your balances (Unified Trading/Trading and Funding accounts) to show your portfolio; no trade history is read or stored. We re-check the key's permissions regularly and delete it automatically if it gains trading, withdrawal or transfer rights. Disconnecting deletes the key immediately.
  • Wallets you follow (on-chain): any public wallet addresses (EVM or Bitcoin) you enter to track, so we can notify you when they move funds. These are public blockchain addresses, not your personal data, and we do not control them.
  • Payments: for a Pro subscription we store the amount, network, destination address and the on-chain transaction hash you send or paste. This is public blockchain data — we never ask for or store card details.
  • Referral program: your invite code, click counts, who invited whom, earned commissions and payout requests (including the USDT address you enter to be paid). The names of people you invited are masked in your view.
  • Sign-in sessions: sign-in time, IP address and browser type. Sessions expire after 7 days.

Data we read but do not tie to you

On-chain flow, stablecoin mint/burn and holder maps are built entirely from public blockchain data through public nodes, not from your personal data. X sentiment is estimated by reading public X posts (through a service operated by the operator of WaveZetryn) to gauge the mood around a coin — we do not store or ask for any subscriber's X account.

How we use it

To run WaveZetryn (sign-in, your watchlist, portfolio and notifications), to keep accounts safe, to process Pro subscriptions, and to plan and offer plans and features. We only send you news or offers if you opted in. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Market data comes from public sources — the Binance public API, CoinGecko, public blockchain nodes and the embedded chart widget.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time from the menu. To delete your account and its data, contact the operator of WaveZetryn.
